Supervisor Positions

The Role

As a Supervisor on our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential building repair projects across Queensland.  Your proven project management skills will assist you in ensuring your portfolio is managed on time, within budget and to a high standard all whilst maintaining outstanding customer service.

Key responsibilities (including but not limited to);

• Liaising with our extensive trade base, allocating and scheduling works throughout your repair portfolio
• Managing budgets and timeframes to ensure adherence to insurance KPI’s
• Providing regular updates to insurance companies, homeowners and internal stakeholders
• Overseeing trade activities insurance work is being completed to the highest possible quality and safety standards
• Actively celebrating the success of our team!

As our ideal candidate you will possess the following;

• Current QBCC Builders Licence – essential
• Well-rounded experience in the domestic and/or commercial building space
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• General computer savviness and the ability to learn new systems quickly
• Proven experience in managing multiple building projects on time, to budget and with a high-quality finish.
• Strong understanding of building codes, repair process, finishing standards, products, contracts, scope of works and the variation process.
• Experience and understanding of occupational health & safety.
