Annualised salary circa $90,000 – $110,000 inclusive of super

About the role
As a Supervisor / Assessor, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential building repair projects across New South Wales. Your proven project management skills will assist you in ensuring your portfolio is managed on time, within budget and to a high standard all whilst maintaining outstanding customer service.
Key responsibilities (including but not limited to);
Onsite meetings with clients, assessing, reporting and quoting for repairs and establishing the scope of works
Liaising with our extensive trade base, allocating and scheduling works throughout your repair portfolio
Managing budgets and timeframes to ensure adherence to insurance KPI’s
Providing regular updates to insurance companies, homeowners and internal stakeholders
Overseeing trade activities insurance work is being completed to the highest possible quality and safety standards

As our ideal candidate you will possess the following;
Current Builders Licence – essential
Well-rounded experience in the domestic and/or commercial building space
Outstanding customer service and communication skills
General computer savviness and the ability to learn new systems quickly
Proven experience in managing multiple building projects on time, to budget and with a high-quality finish.
Strong understanding of building codes, repair process, finishing standards, products, contracts, scope of works and the variation process.
Experience and understanding of occupational health & safety.
