This is a permanent, full-time opportunity based in our Fortitude Valley HQ.
The Role:
Our coordinators will be responsible for the following;
Being the first point of contact for insurer and homeowner queries
Providing updates to all stakeholders in the insurance repair process about the progress of repair projects
Actively managing multiple inboxes
Scheduling appointments and diary management for repairs teams
Using multiple software platforms
Working in a target based (KPI) environment (high performers rewarded)
Ad hoc administrative tasks
About You:
As our successful candidate, you will possess the following;
Previous experience working in a high-volume administrative environment.
Strong written and verbal skills, confidence to answer and make calls in what can be a high-volume environment.
Excellent customer service and ability to handle a variety of stakeholders.
Prior experience in Insurance or property management would be advantageous.
A talent for problem-solving while providing fast and effective solutions.
You are a team player, who wants to give the best experience possible.
