Assessment Reports

We are aware of how difficult it can be to handle the fallout from property damage. For this reason, we provide our expert “evaluation report” service. We are devoted to making the procedure as simple as we can.

On-Site Trained Experts

We’ll send out one of our qualified experts to tour your property with you. They will evaluate the damaged area as well as any nearby rooms or buildings. After that, we’ll write a report outlining the damage.

Any maintenance problems that can affect your repair will be listed in the report. It might be something like clearing the gutters to stop a roof flood. These upkeep tasks may result in problems with your cover, which is why it is essential that they are reported.

What Can I Expect From My Report?

An articulated scope of work required to complete the repair will be provided in the assessment report. It will also provide evidence that the repair is covered by your insurance claim.

The assessment report should be submitted at ABC Group on the same day as the evaluation. We are aware of how critical your situation is. We aim to give you the information you require as soon as we can.

Virtual Assessments Across QLD, NSW and the ACT

Our evaluation reports are accessible from Coffs Harbour to Canberra. Due to our extensive coverage, we are aware that some of our clients may reside in rural or regional locations. Here is where our virtual assessments come in.

We’ll send a local tradesperson to your location to document the damage using pictures and videos. Our team will then evaluate this data from a distance using our “Virtual Assist” software.
We use this technology to shorten your turnaround time and boost productivity.

The “assessment report” service from ABC Group offers a high-level breakdown of what took place. It will describe what has been damaged and how it can be fixed. If there is anything that prevents that repair from being made, we’ll mention that as well.

Our assessors are well trained to provide you with a wealth of information. They will walk you through the procedure and reassure you about the validity of your claim.
